Job description:
We are looking for a Livestream Project Manager to manage the preparation and smooth running of our live audiovisual services.
This central position combines logistical rigor, technical culture and the ability to coordinate several stakeholders in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
At Mogador, the project manager is at the heart of the action: he or she participates directly in scoping exchanges with the client, builds the technical configuration with the teams, plans the event in an agile manner, and supervises its execution in the field.

Missions:
Project preparation and framework:
- Participate in customer scoping meetings
- Define the appropriate technical system with the internal teams
- Design or supervise graphic design elements: drivers, synths, visuals, transitions, jingles, etc.
- Prepare the highlights of the project: installation, rehearsals, broadcasting, post-live exports
Human and material coordination:
- Identify the needs for external resources (freelancers, equipment) if internal resources are insufficient
- Maintain a fluid link with internal technicians (sound, video, light, production) to effectively organize each service
- Manage specific logistical aspects: transfers, catering, accommodation, material transport if necessary
Field supervision:
- Be present on D-Day to coordinate teams, liaise with the customer, anticipate unforeseen events
- Guarantee the good flow of information between control stations (production, media, sound, light, video)
- Verify the quality of the final rendering, the respect of the timing and the safety of the process
Post-event:
- Track the recovery of rushes, exports and media files
- Ensure feedback, internal archiving, and summary points with the team

Profile sought:
- Significant experience in coordinating audiovisual or event projects (2 to 5 years)
- Good understanding of the technical challenges of livestream (capture, broadcast, production, intercom, etc.)
- Autonomy, reliability, sense of foresight
- Ability to organize a project methodically, while adapting to daily life in the field
- Excellent relationship with technical teams as well as with customers
- Comfortable with simple and collaborative tools (Excel, Drive, technical diagrams)
- B license appreciated
